The Basic Fee of CHF 200.00 must be paid in advance. Exhibitors will receive a final invoice reflecting additional services and/or discounts once the festival has been concluded.
Persons, company's and organisations who are interested in exhibiting at South Africa Days 2015 are required to register using the downloadable Registration Form. The Registration Form must be completed in full, signed and returned to Kapweine by 31 July 2015. By completing and signing the Registration Form, exhibitors duly confirm their participation at South Africa Days 2015. Furthermore, all exhibitors and their representatives agree to comply with the terms and conditions.
